This jacket has a special story. The denim to creative this jacket is from a 1920s denim moving blanket with original selvage edge! We utilized all the original details by using the hem of the blanket for the front shawl collar, to using the original ties for the center back of the jacket to create a synched waist. There are even special original stitch repairs on the front chest panel. We combined vintage blue French Toile fabric for the sleeves and front pockets and Japanese indigo check cloth for the center front ties. The jacket is a relaxed, one size and unisex piece with added deep side vents for extra ease and movement. This is truly a one of a kind and Heirloom piece!
